One of the highlights of a visit to Slumber Falls
Camp is to take the steps down to the river to
witness the awesome power of the Guadalupe as it
flows over Slumber Falls. Surrounded by majestic
cypress trees stretching high into the sky, the
river offers visitors a place of refection on God's
magnificent creation. For those who would like to
swim in the river, there is a section of the river
where the water is calm. Visitors swim at their own
risk.
