WOELKE FACILITY
Commercial Kitchen
-
This large commercial
kitchen is available for rent to those groups who
choose to do their own food service. This kitchen
has a large convection oven, two conventional ovens,
6 burner gas stovetop, a large gas griddle, and a
large mixer. A large walk-in cooler provides
refrigeration on marked shelves reserved for your
group. There is a dishwashing station with three
deep sinks and a Hobart (single tray) dishwasher
which provides a sanitation cycle. Rental of the
kitchen includes commercial cooking utensils, dishes, bowls, platters, drink
glasses, juice glasses, coffee mugs and flatware.
The kitchen is supplied with normal spices for
cooking as well as salt and pepper for your guests.
This kitchen also comes with foil and plastic wrap
for your use. There is a Bunn two burner coffee pot
(including coffee filters) as well as a large 40 cup
pot. The kitchen includes a commercial ice machine
for your use as well.

provide your own consumables like coffee, sugar,
sweetner, napkins etc.
