To reserve a facility for your event, you
will need to complete the following forms in addition to
paying the appropriate deposit for the number of
facilities that you are renting.

each facility rented

Slumber Falls Camp Policy Form
(pdf)

(pdf)
Please note that there
are a minimum of 4 separate forms that need to be
completed and returned to the camp for each rental.
