Volunteer Health History
You might wonder why as
an adult Counselor do I have to complete a health
history form? We are requiring this information to help make sure that we are prepared for any
medical issue that might arise.
It is helpful for our medical staff to
know the special needs of our volunteer staff. Also,
CITs (Counselor-In-Training) are minors and we need
permission to treat should the situation call for it.
Please note that staff housed with
campers will be required to keep all personal
medications (prescription or "over-the-counter") in our
Health Center.
