Amy Howell - Member

Amy Howell has been in ministry through the United Methodist Church for thirty years, serving in camping, student, children, and family ministries. Amy is passionate about empowering the next generation to develop a faith of their own that lasts a lifetime and beyond.

She currently serves as the Director of Family Ministries at Gruene United Methodist Church where she focuses on ministry vision and strategy for birth through high school kids and their families. Her purpose is to enable and equip each person to develop a personal relationship with Jesus on their own terms and their own timeline. She believes a relationship with Jesus is life changing - her job is to point people to Jesus and let the Holy Spirit do what only the Holy Spirit can do.

Amy, her husband Phil, and their two daughters have called New Braunfels home since 2017. In her free time, you can find Amy enjoying life with her family, spending time outside, or in deep conversation with a friend.
