Job Overview
SALT staff serve as the backbone of our summer camp program. SALTs gain valuable leadership skills, explore their faith and spirituality, ensure the SFC summer program runs smoothly, and most importantly, have fun! SALTs participate in approximately one-to-two weeks of onsite training, covering topics such as state youth camp laws, best practices for child and youth development, health and safety modules, effective programming, food handling and safety, communication, leadership, and spiritual guidance.
